Vera specialises in complex cross-border dispute resolution, including foreign-related arbitration, international arbitration, and cross-border litigation. Vera has extensive experience in handling disputes relating to corporate control, investment, international trade, and construction. Vera regularly represents clients in litigation before the Chinese courts and in arbitration before CIETAC, BIAC, SHIAC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICC, and DIAC. She also regularly assists clients in navigating complex litigation before foreign courts, including Hong Kong High Court, Singapore High Court, English High Court, US State and Federal courts. Prior to joining JT&N, Vera worked in a leading international law firm’s London and Beijing offices for many years.
