Sam is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s ESG, CSR & business and human rights compliance practice. Sam began her legal career as a corporate associate, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Having focused on corporate responsibility and sustainability for the past few years, Sam now uses her corporate foundation to advise clients on ESG matters. Some of the areas on which Sam advises include:
