Renata’s practice focuses on complex competition issues, including mergers linked to both domestic and international transactions, administrative investigations, court proceedings, audits and general counselling on competition related matters. She also works with developing and implementing competition compliance programs and advises clients in trade defence cases. Renata is the merger coordinator at the Competition Committee of the Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (Ibrac) and a member of the Mergers Working Group at the International Bar Association (IBA).
