Martino deals mainly with corporate law, with a cross-wise approach, from the first equity round of the start-ups and small and medium enterprise, to the distressed M&A deal, with a focus on the turn-around transaction and debt to equity swap mechanism. He has significant experience in the issuance of participating financial instruments in favour of equity investors or creditors. He is involved also in private equity deals, with focus on minority investments and corporate governance reorganization. Martino is one of the promoters of the set-up of CRCCD Venture, Cappelli RCCD’s Focus Team dedicated to venture capital and companies active in the world of innovation.
