Hashem is an associate in the corporate department, based in our DIFC office.
Practicing since 2014, Hashem specialises in incorporation and restructuring of companies. His main focus of work is acting for corporate institutions and investment companies.
Hashem advises various industry sectors on private equity investments, corporate governance, real estate and hospitality matters. He often represents blue-chip clients, who require advice on Company Law and Real Estate Law. Hashem regularly issues legal advice and opinions on free zone rules, employment laws and foreign investment laws matters. He is also experienced in drafting joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, nominee agreements, SPA’s, sponsorship agreements, settlement agreements, share transfer agreements and addendums to MOA agreements
