Fernanda Kassab Nunes Silva is an associate of the corporate practice at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. Fernanda concentrates her practice on corporate law, mainly focused on corporate transactions and restructurings, commercial contracts and ongoing advice on corporate and business matters of day-to-day operations, through domestic and cross-border transactions, advising both Brazilian and foreign clients. Her experience includes, among other activities, the active participation in the structuring of operations and the negotiation of their terms, as well as drafting related contracts.
Fernanda is part of the Brazilian Compliance team at Dentons. She has experience in various fields of the Compliance and Anti-corruption area, such as risk prevention, drafting and implementation of Compliance Programs and trainings, compliance status checks, data protection, among others. She also has experience in Internal Investigations, providing clients with strategic advice.
Fernanda has participated in several local and cross border matters, such as performing compliance analysis and drafting background checks for clients such as ING Bank, Roku, and C6 bank.
