Florian specialises in litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on financial litigation and disputes related to M&A transactions. He also has experience in handling complex mass damages cases and in disputes at the interface of antitrust as well as insolvency law. He also works as arbitrator.
Florian studied at the universities of Gießen and Tartu (Estonia). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2015. In 2013 Florian completed a stage of his legal training at the German Consulate General in Atlanta (USA).
He serves on the Executive Committee of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) as well as the Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS 40).
Florian speaks German and English.
