Dhan is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Group.
Having been involved in a broad range of commercial transactions, Dhan’s practice covers project development advisory, renewable energy, foreign direct investment, corporate/M&A and regulatory compliance advisory.
She has extensive experience in advising both Thai and foreign clients on the legal issues occurring in their day-to-day operations and in generally representing clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.
Dhan currently advises Thailand’s largest wind farm developer on ongoing commercial matters for several of its wind farms, including EPC and O&M matters.
She is fluent in Thai and English.
