Conor is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team and advises on high-value complex commercial disputes across all industry sectors, in Ireland and internationally.
Conor has recently become a market leader in litigation involving structural defects to large multi-unit developments, and has advised the management companies of several of those developments in disputes against insurers and developers alike.
Conor is also a Partner in our Investigations and White Collar Crime team. His previous training and experience in criminal defence law gives him a unique insight into this type of work and informs the advice he provides to his clients.
Over the years, he has guided clients through complex regulatory investigations, including those led by the enforcement division of the Central Bank of Ireland. His work frequently involves sensitive matters such as internal investigations, cybercrime and whistleblowing complaints.
