I’m a General Counsel with 15+ years of experience advising multinationals across MENA & Emerging Markets. My work spans complex corporate agreements, regulatory compliance, and strategic counsel to senior leaders.
Beyond the legal seat, I’m a TEDx speaker, board advisor, and award-winning advocate for disability inclusion, gender equity, and authentic leadership. I co-founded Gartner’s Legal & Compliance Inclusion Council, serve on multiple ERGs and advisory boards, and mentor future lawyers through global networks.
I’m also a caregiver to my son, a rare disease warrior, and together we’re reshaping the narrative on disability, equity, and belonging. He reminds me every day that systems can – and must – be redesigned to celebrate difference and build access for all.
My advocacy is personal. I write about leading with empathy, sharing truth with courage, building impact with authenticity, navigating the hybrid reality of practising law and caregiving, and embracing the layered, messy beauty of showing up fully across all our intersectional identities.
