•Drafted, negotiated, executed, a broad spectrum of agreements, including but not limited to, service agreements, settlement agreements, franchise agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, concession agreements, construction contracts, litigation funding agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, LOIs, MOUs, tenancy agreements, FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver Books) etc.
•Managed and supervised diverse portfolios of court cases and commercial/investment arbitration.
•Secured favourable outcomes in both contract negotiations and dispute resolution, representing clients in court, settlement proceedings, and court-ordered appraisals.
•Collaborated with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Marketing) to implement corporate governance strategies to mitigate legal risks across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
•Provided legal opinions on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and a wide range of legal issues, including real estate, construction, corporate, tax, competition, and labour law.
