Wannika Maithi is an accomplished Head of Legal with over 15 years of experience, including 10 years in management and 2 years as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Company Secretary. She specialises in business, tax, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), telecommunications law, PDPA compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Holding two master’s degrees and four legal certifications from top Thai and international institutions, she combines advanced legal expertise with a solid understanding of business operations, supported by a Micro MBA certification.
Currently serving as Head of Legal at Allianz Technology, Wannika works closely with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives while driving sustainable growth. Known for her problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and can-do attitude, she thrives as both a collaborative team leader and an independent legal strategist.
