Tugce Zeren was born in 1984 in Ankara, Türkiye.
She graduated from Yeditepe University, Law School and began her career in Arçelik having obtained a reference from her professor at the University.
After Arçelik, Tugce worked in many corporate companies in sectors such as textiles, retail, cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals, finance, insurance but she mainly focused on two sectors as an expert: retail and insurance.

During her career, at the same time as her corporate responsibilities, Tugce also worked as Lecturer at Aydın University.
Tugce is working in executive leader positions having held responsibility for legal teams since 2014 and from 2018 she has held the title of Head of Legal and Compliance.
Tugce actively participates as a keynote speaker in events in the fields of Insurance, Technology, Data Protection, Competition Law, InsureTech, Intellectual Property, Insurance Law, Future of our Lawyers, Legal Department AI needs, Arbitration.
In the past, Tugce was also an active member of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). She has also represented the insurance sector in various places like TÜSİAD, TSB (Turkish Insurance Association) and, in the past, she was the Head of Data Protection Committee functioning under TSB.
Currently she is working as Head of Legal and Compliance in Fiba Insurance Companies, functioning in life and non-life insurance named as HDI Fiba Emeklilik and Fiba Sigorta having the shareholders of Fibabanka and HDI Sigorta under the global name of TALANX group in Germany.
Tugce is an active tennis player, learning horse riding and working on transactional analysis for personal improvement.
Tugce has been selected in Legal 500 GC Powerlist since 2019.
