I am an expert of international and Finnish business law, business contracts and business transactions with more than 25 years of experience. In particular, my expertise includes international contracts and intellectual property law issues for technology and industrial companies (engineering, ICT, defence & aerospace, space, services, etc.).
On behalf of my employers and their customers I have managed the full life-cycle of numerous important high-value commercial contracts (drafting, negotiating, closing, post-contract) with customers, suppliers and other partners for very large and complex projects in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, America and Africa.
In 2016 the contracts negotiated by me created 62.7% of the export sales of the entire defence industry of Finland.
I have more than a decade of experience with legal affairs in the Middle East (KSA, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait).
I have also dealt with various issues of corporate, company, competition, HR, M&A and European law as well as compliance issues in an international environment.
In my work I always try to create and maintain win-win relationships with the stakeholders, for example contracts that are good for all parties. This way the parties are happier with the co-operation and are more likely to continue with further business.
