I am a General Counsel with over 20 years of legal, transactional, compliance and ethics experience with over 16 years in the Oil & Gas Business, during which l have specialised in business development, risk management, strategy and commercial operations.
In my current role as the Legal Advisor, l direct the legal team in the delivery of business focused and legal support on complex, multi-jurisdictional oil, gas, commercial, governance and supply chain related transactions. My role is centred on contract negotiation and management, corporate governance advisory, compliance management, ethics, legal strategy development, supply chain management and dispute resolution.
I provide legal and compliance support to leadership teams in the organisation to create an organisational structure that is sustainable, resilient, dynamic, and adaptable leading to transformational change to the Company that has enabled significant growth.
