EXPERIENCE
My professional career started as an Associate in a law firm in 1998 after my LLB (Member, Bar Council of Delhi). Since then I have pursued a career in Corporate Law for the last 11 years with assignments ranging from legal advisory & negotiations for JV/M&A transactions, litigations, IP protection, FDI to even a short stint in Journalism. My current role is of a Legal Counsel for the Indian subsidiary of a Fortune 50 MNC.
