I am a bilingual lawyer and I am currently pursuing my specialisation studies in Criminal and Criminological Sciences. I have experience in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. However, I have also gained knowledge in Compliance and Business Ethics; in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts; as well as knowledge regarding the practice of auditing and fiscal oversight in Colombia, which has allowed me to consolidate my professional focus on the analysis and management of legal-criminal risks arising from the economic activities of companies and their corporate culture.
