Shujath is the Chief Legal Officer, Excom member of Fourth Partner Energy Limited.
He previously served as Global General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for a KKR portfolio Company, Re Sustainability Limited and led the Global Legal & Compliance, Corporate Governance & Secretarial, Ethics, Risk Management, Contract management functions.
Shujath is a Graduate in Commerce and Law, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Masters in Law with specialisation in Dispute Resolution, Mediation & International Commercial Arbitration. Attended executive education programs on Strategy, General Management, Leadership from Harvard University, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
A capable, competent and result oriented General Counsel ,Company Secretary & Ethics & Compliance Officer with 24 years of corporate legal experience in leading MNC’s of diverse sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Software, Information Technology enabled services, Professional Services sectors, Globlal Capability Center (GCC), Environment & Sustainability.
Has overseen Governance, Regulatory, Corporate Secretarial and Legal, Ethics & Compliance, ESG, Risk functions providing strategic oversight & operational support for business.
