He began his career in the Singapore Police Force before moving into corporate law. Today, he serves as Head of Legal for FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., FUJIFILM Healthcare Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
In this capacity, he provides legal guidance and supports compliance implementation across subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific region, working with local legal and compliance teams to ensure regional expectations are carried out in a timely and consistent manner.
Alongside leadership and other responsibilities, he continues to handle corporate, commercial and complex transactions – drafting, negotiating and advising where legal interpretation must align with operational reality, calibrating risk appetite while enabling business expansion and commercial growth.
His work focuses on helping organisations reach defensible decisions, particularly where regulation, business practicality and human judgement intersect. Emphasis is placed on risk clarity rather than risk avoidance, guiding stakeholders toward actions that remain reliable over time.
In developing situations where structure is incomplete, he supports stakeholders in stabilising direction before formal processes take shape, with attention to preparation, discretion and follow-through so that executives and teams can act with confidence.
Alongside his corporate role, he contributes to broader professional dialogue, including co-authoring with global thought leaders Brian Tracy, Les Brown and Kerri Kasem.
His interest remains practical: strengthening institutional trust and supporting sound governance and stewardship so organisations can operate with stability in complex environments.
