A 2014 law graduate with about eight years of experience, I hold considerable expertise in real estate, banking and corporate law.
I have conducted numerous due diligence of title reports, title investigations (with specialisation in mortgages) and due diligence related to property acquisitions. I have also handled and executed various joint venture transactions between land owners and developers, and conducted pre and post closing of corporate loan related formalities.
On the corporate front, I have analysed and reviewed various real estate agreements between banks and corporates, such as leave and license agreements, sale documents (RERA) society forms, release deed, gift deed, indemnity, memorandum of understanding, amongst others.
As an In-House Counsel, I identified risks and provided holistic solutions for facilitation of business and networked extensively with clients while assisting them with home purchases.
