Sharon is a seasoned General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Sharon’s experience includes creating and building programs to support legal department operations, corporate compliance, risk management and crisis readiness, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Sharon has utilised her nurse attorney background for over 25 years to support healthcare providers, healthcare systems and medical schools in legal and compliance matters.
With extensive experience advising and supporting Boards of Directors and senior executives, Sharon has a collaborative, servant leadership style that fosters inclusivity. Her excellent organisational and problem-solving skills are complemented by a broad knowledge of health system operations. She has a proven track record in working effectively with non-profit and for profit organisations.
