I’m a senior legal counsel with over 15 years of international experience advising on high-impact projects in the construction, infrastructure, and logistics sectors. I specialise in project finance, strategic transactions, and complex contract structuring – particularly for infrastructure assets and public-private partnerships.
Beyond legal drafting and negotiation, I work closely with boards, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to shape legal strategy, manage risk, and drive business outcomes. My practice spans M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and cross-border transactions, with additional experience in litigation and international arbitration.
In the compliance and ESG space, I bring robust knowledge of ISO 37000, anti-bribery frameworks, data protection laws, and international sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU). I help organisations build resilient compliance structures aligned with regulatory expectations and ethical standards.
