With 20 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the recruitment and RPO industries, I have worked across multiple jurisdictions whilst being based in the UK and for a short time in Amsterdam. As Assistant General Counsel to our GC in the US, I serve as a strategic business partner to our Sales, Procurement, P&C, Finance and Compliance functions globally. I specialise in bridging the gap between intricate regulatory requirements – specifically in licensing, international employment law, corporate governance, and global data privacy requirements – and actionable business strategy. Whether leading high-value contract negotiations or managing cross-border compliance frameworks, my focus is on delivering commercially astute advice that mitigates risk without stifling innovation.
