About Me
I am a senior legal and business leader with 20 years of experience guiding organisations through complex, multinational, and publicly listed environments. My expertise spans corporate governance, data privacy, compliance, enterprise risk management and legal operations – always with a focus on enabling business, innovation and sustainable growth.
I have served as General Counsel at both ICA Gruppen AB and Dustin Group AB, where I built and led high-performing legal teams, advised boards and executive management, and drove strategic initiatives in governance, compliance, M&A, and digital transformation.
Currently, I am Interim Group Head of Privacy at Verisure, leading the global privacy function. I also run Saga Law as a platform for selected interim and advisory engagements, giving me flexibility to share my experience in different settings.
