With over two decades of experience as C-Suite General Counsel in the fashion industry, I bring a strategic and business-oriented legal perspective to complex challenges in a fast-moving global environment.

My expertise spans contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability. I have a proven track record of advising senior leadership and supporting boards with legal strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives. I’m a dynamic and results-driven professional, strategic thinker and commercially minded pragmatic legal executive.

In addition to my corporate role, I serve as an adjunct professor of Fashion Law at two prestigious Italian universities, where I contribute to the academic development of the next generation of legal professionals. I am also the author of several publications on fashion law, sustainability, and antitrust – with a particular focus on vertical distribution.

I am passionate about bridging legal insight with commercial vision and am always open to meaningful connections in the legal, academic, and fashion communities.
