My role centres on developing and implementing comprehensive legal frameworks that not only protect the company’s interests but also support its strategic growth.
Abunayyan Holding operates through a range of notable subsidiaries and partnerships, including: Toray Membrane Middle East LLC: A joint venture with Toray Industries, set to establish Saudi Arabia’s first reverse osmosis membrane manufacturing facility, expected to launch in 2025, Eaton Arabia: A partnership with Eaton Energy Management Solutions focused on the manufacturing and distribution of low and medium-voltage circuit breakers across the Middle East. The company spans eight critical sectors – oil, construction, gas, water, transport, industrial, power, and chemicals – through subsidiaries such as Citiscape, WETICO, UNIGAZ, ATC, KSB, and Arabian Qudra. Additionally, the Abunayyan family maintains a 50% stake in Vision International Investment Co., which holds a 22.7% share in ACWA Power, valued at $7.8 billion as of August 2022.
