With over 18 years of professional experience, I’ve led teams and developed legal strategies across Mexico and Latin America in complex, fast-paced industries. Whether launching compliance frameworks, leading contractual overhauls, or serving Executive Teams/Country Councils, I’ve always operated with one goal: to align legal excellence with business momentum.
At Covestro México, I serve as Head of Legal, IP & Compliance, where I advise executive leadership, represent the company in legal and governance matters, and oversee data privacy and risk frameworks. Before that, I was the first Head of Legal at WeWork México, driving regional expansion and establishing operational compliance across Mexico and Costa Rica.
I am passionate about building lean, tech-enabled legal teams, and believe that today’s in-house counsel must be equal parts strategist, risk navigator, and culture builder.
