Italian in-house lawyer, admitted to Italian Bar since 2002, with an extensive senior expertise at managerial level within relevant national and international entities.
After some experiences in the industrial sector, my career developed in financial and insurance sector, covering different roles in legal, corporate governance and compliance, with solid skills also in 231/2001 and Privacy (also as DPO).
Recently I have worked in the “digital innovation” sector, managing the legal (commercial & business contracts B2C and B2B) and corporate affairs of two companies (one of which is listed on the Euronext Milan market), covering also administrative and Co-Sec activities as Secretary of both Boards of Directors.
Currently, I am the General Counsel of an international law firm committed to providing legal advice and assistance to national and international clients, providing high quality legal assistance, with professionals operating in more than 90 jurisdictions.
I am also member of the Supervisory Body (OdV 231) of an Italian leading company in the public transport sector.
All through my professional history, I have believed that true business success is achieved by building relationships. For this reason, I focus on establishing and sustaining long-term bonds with peers and win the hearts of the stakeholders.
