I was Chief Legal Officer and Chairman of the Teslasuit group project (and its 5 subsidiaries) and previously General Counsel for a pan-European group of 12 software development and IT services companies.
During over 20 years of experience I have worked deals of all sizes whether supporting startups, scaleups or leading the legal team for growth companies as well as creating the in-house legal function.
