His work involves advising on corporate and commercial (including mergers and acquisitions), legal and regulatory compliance matters. He routinely assists with the preparation of legal opinions, contracts, and other forms of documentation.
He is experienced in conducting due diligence exercises, and advising on the establishment, management and divestment of interests in direct and portfolio investments in Nigeria.
