Lead Legal Counsel
Rendeavor Holding Limited, Tatu City
Kenya
I am a projects, energy and infrastructure lawyer with an economics and finance background, bringing 7 years’ post-qualification experience advising on complex transactions and regulatory matters across Africa.
My work sits at the intersection of law, finance, policy, and investment strategy, where I support companies, investors, and public-sector stakeholders to structure, finance, and deliver capital-intensive projects, manage regulatory and construction risk, and unlock sustainable long-term value.
I have advised leading corporates and investors across the energy, infrastructure, construction, financial services, and real assets sectors, with experience spanning project structuring, PPPs, EPC and concession arrangements, capital raising, M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
My approach is commercially grounded and risk-focused, combining legal precision with an understanding of how projects are financed, built, and operated.
I have been recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist 2024 (East Africa) and named Africa’s Young Achiever of the Year (In-House Category), Legal Era Africa Law Awards 2025, reflecting both technical excellence and strategic impact.
