More than 15 years extensive experience in providing expert guidance on legal and compliance matters:
Over four years of management experience as General Counsel and as leader of a team of 6 lawyers (including the DPO) in an IT Company negotiating, amongst others, large framework agreements and providing services like cloud computing, digital identity, network and cybercrime. OD Board Member.
Over two years of professional experience as In-house Legal and Senior Legal Counsel.
Almost 10 years of professional experience as an attorney at law in law firms in all areas of law (Corporate M&A, Corporate, Commercial, Litigation, etc.) with a special focus on IP/IT Law, in particular trademark and data protection law and as Legal Secretary at the District Court of Zurich.
Swiss qualified attorney at law (2010) with an additional Master of Law in Business Law at the King’s College of London (2013); CIPP/ E (2021); GC Powerlist (2023, 2024).
Passionate about the opportunities of digitalisation and strategical use of new technologies and data and convinced that Legal today should more than ever become a strategic management function.
