As an experienced legal professional with a strong background in labour law, commercial law, contract management, litigation, employee relations, compliance, and data protection (KVKK), I have consistently led legal functions in major organisations
I specialise in managing all legal and compliance risks for large-scale operations, with a particular focus on employee relations, union negotiations, collective bargaining processes, and corporate compliance programs.
Throughout my career, I have built legal structures from scratch, successfully negotiated collective labour agreements, managed complex litigation portfolios, and implemented compliance frameworks aligned with both local regulations and global standards.
Academically, I hold an LL.M. in Labour and Social Security Law from Gazi University, and I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), enhancing my strategic leadership skills.
I am passionate about providing proactive legal support, minimising corporate risks, and enabling sustainable growth by bridging legal strategy with business objectives.
