As the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Sustainability at Linxon, a global leader in power and energy solutions, I lead a team of professionals who manage the legal, integrity, contract, risk, and corporate secretarial functions for the company. I am a member of the Executive Management Team and provide strategic legal advice on complex transactions and construction projects in multiple jurisdictions.
With close to two decades of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong expertise in engineering and construction law, including supply chain and claims management, as well as corporate and regulatory matters, such as compliance, M&A, corporate governance, and corporate secretariat. I have lived and worked in six countries across four continents, and I am fluent in English and Mandarin, and conversational abilities in some other languages like German. I am also passionate about driving the net zero and sustainability agenda at Linxon, as I believe that we have a responsibility to create a positive impact on the environment and society.
