I have led lawyers and legal operations in more than ten countries – from Western Europe to Russia, CIS and Turkiye – working across different cultures, generations, and business expectations. My passion is developing legal talent, building trust-based stakeholder relationships, and creating legal support models that scale and deliver measurable business value.
Alongside my legal leadership, I’ve also held commercial leadership roles – both strategic and operational – which gives me a deeper understanding of what the business truly needs from legal. That experience enables me to drive clarity, prioritisation and decision-making that balances speed, risk and opportunity.
