She is an expert in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with regulatory authorities including Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), Stock Exchanges, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and so on.
She has worked on various critical projects such as due diligence and advisory for new projects including Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Amalgamation, Right Issue, setting up of subsidiaries, transfer of business and selling of business, etc. at group level.
