With more than a decade in the legal field, I’ve had the privilege of working in both law firms and in-house legal departments, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on legal matters. My journey encompasses a range of experiences, including contract drafting & negotiation, legal risk management, stakeholder management, transaction advisory including acquisitions/ mergers & funding and team development across global jurisdictions. From navigating complex commercial transactions to providing strategic legal advice, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of business and legal field.
Outside of work, I find fulfilment in fostering learning and joy with children and caring for community animals.
