Fast-Track: I became Head of Legal at IT SaaS provider, Venda, at the age of 27. I have since held leadership roles at NetSuite, Enterprise Rent A Car, Fleetcor, Havn, RVU and Zilch managing legal departments. I now work as a Fractional General Counsel, supporting high-growth businesses with strategic legal leadership on a flexible basis.
Breadth of Experience: I have gained a wealth of experience advising a number of territories on a variety of different areas of law, including acting as main legal adviser to the board and company secretary.
Global Leader: I have experience of establishing global legal functions within organisations and of managing multi-jurisdictional teams.

Multi-Lingual: I have a strength in languages with an ability to negotiate contracts in French, and with a good understanding of Italian and Spanish, and basic German.
Collaborative: I share the knowledge I have gained throughout my career by acting as a mentor and a training principal, by speaking at conferences and contributing to publications, by lecturing law students, and by undertaking a collaborative approach with my team which focusses on documenting and sharing knowledge at all levels.
