With over 23 years of experience across the Middle East, Nada Doumit is a distinguished legal and compliance executive. Nada currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance Middle East and Board Secretary for a Fortune 500 research-focused international healthcare company and world leader in the in-vitro diagnostics business.
Since joining the company in 2012, Nada successfully established the regional Legal and Compliance departments and has since led a highly engaged team of regional legal counsels, privacy and compliance experts responsible for counseling and empowering the organisation to achieve full potential of its regional growth plans and to make informed decisions in a volatile and complex set-up across 14 countries. Demonstrating sharp business acumen, Nada has been a vital member of the regional Middle East Leadership Team since 2012.
A staunch advocate for industry integrity, Nada chaired the legal working group of the Middle East and Africa trade association for medical devices diagnostics and imaging from 2018 to 2024. Nada holds a Law Degree from La Sagesse University, Lebanon and two specialised certificates from Cornell University (Women in Leadership and The Psychology of Leadership). She has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2003, with foundational expertise in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. Nada is fully fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
