My career journey encompasses a diverse spectrum of legal domains, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, intellectual property, data protection, and contract negotiation.
Through collaborative efforts with companies and individuals, I’ve facilitated equity financing deals, coordinated acquisitions, procured fintech licenses and approvals from regulatory bodies and developed robust regulatory compliance frameworks in areas such as AML, Customer CDD, ABC, and Data Privacy.
My courtroom experience is extensive, having represented clients in multifaceted cases across all levels, including appearances at the Supreme Court.
