With over 25 years of legal experience, including 13 years at Fortum Power and Heat Polska, I lead the legal affairs of one of Poland’s prominent energy companies. My responsibilities encompass mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract law. I also contribute to the strategic oversight of Fortum subsidiaries as a secretary or member of their supervisory boards.
Fortum’s legal operations benefit from my expertise in corporate law, M&A, and energy law, with a track record of managing complex, high-stakes transactions in the energy sector.
