I’m a Polish attorney with 18+ years’ experience advising Polish and international companies in corporate, commercial and compliance law – in Poland and across CEE. I act as a corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance lawyer, supporting companies operating or expanding in the market.

• Advised a global FMCG company on launching products in Poland. Built full regulatory and e-commerce compliance frameworks and negotiated agreements with national retail chains.
• Advised a global fertilizer producer on governance, investments and GDPR compliance.
• Supported a Chinese logistics group in market entry, corporate structuring and shareholders dispute resolution.
• Represented a German investment fund in the sale of a 20,000 m² property in Warsaw.
