Over the past two decades, led legal and compliance functions within global industrial groups, including serving as General Counsel at Air Liquide, the world leader in gases for industry and health, supporting large capital projects and multi-jurisdictional operations. Directed the sale of the BASF Construction Chemicals business (MBCC) to Lone Star, followed by the sale of MBCC to Sika, and ultimately the full integration of MBCC into Sika, one of the largest and most complex integrations in the construction chemicals sector.
Now serving as Vice President Legal and General Counsel at Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital automation and sustainability, partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation, strengthen compliance culture, and deploy scalable legal frameworks that enable growth across the Middle East and Africa.
