In my role as Group GC, I passionately lead the Legal, Intellectual Property and Compliance Department of the Lindt & Sprüngli Group. As Corporate Secretary of the Group, I lead the Board of Directors office, the Shareholders Registry and the Annual General Meeting. Together with the Group CFO (Chair) and the Group Management member responsible for Operations, I am also a member of the Executive Sustainability Committee (ESG), driving the Group Sustainability strategy/agenda.
