Expertise includes int’l corporate/regulatory structuring, infrastructure project support, and M&A. Practiced in civil/common law jurisdictions across the Americas.
•Serve as on-demand GC for corporations, tech ventures, and startups, overseeing all legal/corporate matters – proactively address risks, resolve complex issues, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver cost-effective, business-aligned solutions.
