I am General Counsel and Company Secretary at ThinCats. At ThinCats we believe talent, creativity and hard work should be the drivers of success for mid-sized UK business, not access to funding. By combining the latest in data analytics with traditional lending skills and a regional network of business finance specialists, we create funding solutions from £1m to £20m.
I have over 20 years experience as a solicitor in finance related disciplines, leading teams both in-house and in private practice. I am also a chartered governance professional (ACG).
I am focused on helping to make the legal process as efficient as possible, aligning the legal function to the objectives of the business. I help to manage legal risks whilst delivering pragmatic solutions. I am hands-on in my approach and work collaboratively in order to deliver successful outcomes.
