With extensive experience in both private and in-house legal practice, and certified by the Association of Corporate Counsel, I am a proficient and progressive lawyer currently leading the legal and company secretarial functions at KGL Group of Companies LTD, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (KGL Group). KGL Group is a Ghanaian conglomerate with diverse interests spanning technology & innovation, fintech, micro-lending, non-profit, fuel automation and e-gaming, with operations extending to Ivory Coast and Nigeria.
My core competencies include corporate and commercial law, mining and natural resources law, corporate governance, intellectual property law, data protection law, and real estate law. I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of East London and have earned multiple certifications relevant to my field of expertise. Additionally, I am a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the International Bar Association.
