As a dedicated legal professional with a robust academic background from Bilkent University and an LL.M degree completed with a thesis, I have built a career that merges strong legal theory with practical corporate experience.
I began my journey in sports arbitration and later transitioned into corporate law, where I have advised on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Banking & Finance, FinTech, Data Protection, and International Arbitration. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading organisations both in Türkiye and globally, gaining in-depth experience as an in-house legal counsel.
My practice focuses on delivering strategic legal support to corporate structures, ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and facilitating business operations from a legal standpoint. Arbitration has remained a core area of interest and specialisation since my university years, and I have complemented this with various advanced training programs.
My LL.M thesis explored conflict of laws in contracts with international elements – blending my academic interest with practical insights gained from cross-border contractual work.
I continue to work as a corporate legal counsel at a leading global company, where I provide high-level legal consultancy and contribute to business decision-making with a legal lens.
