As the General Counsel and AI Governance Officer at Luminance, I lead the global legal and CoSec function of a fast-growing Legal Tech company that provides AI-powered solutions for document analysis and review. My international team covers legal, compliance, privacy and human resources. I have significant experience in working in regulated technologies (including data privacy) and AI, across sectors such as AdTech, Gaming, and FinTech. My focus is on cross-border, AI-driven, business enablement and compliance.
I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in AI with the next generation of lawyers and legal professionals. I teach masters-level courses on applied AI to legal processes at Queen Mary University of London, practical AI governance at Kings College London, and postgraduate courses on contract law, drafting, and professional practice at BARBRI Global, and a flex trainee tutor at Flex Legal.
