As the Legal Director at Yıldız Holding, one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, I leverage my 20+ years of legal experience and MBA degree to provide effective legal solutions and guidance to support the growth, sustainability, and innovation of the organization and its subsidiaries. I am also a Board Member at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, a leading participation bank in Turkey, and at KİAD-Kurum İçi Avukatlar Derneği, an association of in-house lawyers.
My core competencies include managing complex legal matters, negotiating contracts, overseeing corporate governance, and collaborating with diverse teams.
